Third Annual At the Capital Event was our Best Yet!
This January, we celebrated our third annual Communities In Schools of Kansas At the Capital event. We are truly humbled by the success of our FriendRaiser and grateful to all of our supporters who attended the event. It was a pleasure to connect with so many partners and friends as we deeply value these relationships. Our Day at the Statehouse brought more than twenty Communities In Schools advocates to raise awareness for the critical support that our programs provide to students and families throughout Kansas. More legislators were visited than ever before, and Governor Brownback signed a proclamation declaring it Communities In Schools of Kansas Day.
